Shree Ancillary was floated in 1982 by Mr. G.Y. Kadam in order to serve the needs of quality packaging by biscuits manufacturers in India. The attention to details and to quality at the same time keeping in mind the cost consciousness paid. Orders started pouring in not only from various parts of India but also from many other Asian and African countries.

SAIMPL is located in the heart of a large industrial complex in the western suburbs of Mumbai (Bombay) just 10 minutes drive each from domestic as well as international airport. The location has provided SAIMPL a strategic advantage over other industry players. This strategic advantage gets reflected in its spectacular and sustained growth over the years.

Mr. G. Y. Kadam is a very dynamic, confident, progressive and practical technocrat. His innovative mind does not allow him to take rest. Every moment it works on more and more development and improvement in his machines. He was associated with the leading biscuit manufacturer in India-Parle Products Ltd. for over 9 years. After accumulating wide experience in the fields of manufacturing and marketing in biscuits packaging industry, he decided to go on his own. With his talent in marketing, people skills and cost and quality consciousness he soon transformed this small scale set-up into India's leading packaging manufacturer. Mr. G. Y.Kadam continues to work as Managing Director of the company.

Mr. S. G. Kadam, son of Mr. G. Y. Kadam, has been engaged with the day-to-day operations of the company since long. After finishing his education in Mechanical Engineering from Belgaum in south India, he joined the company in 1990. Since then he is also the Joint Technical Director of the company.
At present Mr. S. G. Kadam looks after Product Development and Operations.

We have developed a new high speed machine to pack biscuits(4 Biscuit on one pile) at 160 pack per min.
We have also developed a machine for 3 line or 4 line (Family pack) for packing biscuits with auto feeding arrangement.

Participated at INTERPACK - 99 at Dusseldorf, Germany.
